Model X

Architectural models tell stories in their plastic figures and cardboard landscapes. The people who make these physical representation of things yet to come must devise plots to go with the placement of the figurines. The whole city is a static moment though, all caught doing what they were doing when the glue dried, and in these frozen poses, they walk down avenues of pristine wood pulp, wondering at the foam-board construction techniques. But in all the models I saw that day, not one little styrene man was caught scratching his ass.
